Privacy policy

1. What we collect
Only what the platform needs to function:
- Account details — name, email, password (stored only as a hash), and optionally phone, age, city, qualification and experience.
- Referral relationship — who invited you, if you arrived on a referral link.
- Payment submissions — the transaction ID, sender name and number, and the screenshot you upload when buying a plan.
- Order details — the delivery name, phone and address you enter, and what you ordered.
- Payout details — the account name and number you give for a withdrawal.
- Financial records — your wallet balance and every ledger entry, commission, bonus and adjustment.
- Technical data — IP address and browser user agent on sign-in and on certain actions, for security and audit.
- Messages — anything you send through the contact form.
We do not collect card numbers, and we never ask for your password or a one-time code.
2. Why we use it
- To operate your account, verify payments and activate plans.
- To fulfil and deliver orders.
- To calculate, record and pay affiliate commission accurately.
- To process withdrawals and keep an auditable financial trail.
- To notify you about your payments, orders, commission, levels and withdrawals.
- To detect and investigate fraud, abuse and duplicate accounts.
- To meet accounting, tax and legal obligations.
3. What other members can see
A member who referred you can see your name, member ID, joining date, plan status, and what they earned from sales attributed to you. They cannot see your email, phone, address, wallet balance, or transaction history. Administrators can see the records they need in order to verify payments, process withdrawals and support you; those actions are logged.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share only what is necessary with delivery partners (the recipient name, phone and address for your order), with our hosting and infrastructure providers, and with authorities or professional advisers where the law requires it.
5. How long we keep it
Account data is kept while your account is open. If you close your account, your login stops working immediately, but financial records — ledger entries, commissions, orders, withdrawals — are retained as long as accounting, tax and audit obligations require. That is why closing an account de-activates rather than erases it.
6. How we protect it
- Passwords are stored only as a one-way hash and are never recoverable.
- Access is role-based; ordinary members cannot reach administrative data.
- A suspended account is signed out immediately, even mid-session.
- Every administrative financial action is written to an audit log with the actor, the values before and after, a reason, and an IP address.
- Uploads are validated by type and size.
No system is perfectly secure. Use a strong, unique password and tell us at once if you think your account has been accessed.
7. Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary for the platform to work: a session cookie to keep you signed in and a token that protects forms against cross-site request forgery. We do not use advertising cookies. Blocking necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in.
8. Your choices
You can view and update most of your details from your profile page, and close your account there. To ask for a copy of your data, or for a correction we cannot make from the profile page, contact us. We may need to verify your identity first, and we may have to keep records the law requires us to retain.
9. Children
The platform is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
10. Changes
We will publish any updated policy here with a new date, and notify you in the platform if the change is material.
