1. Who we are

These terms govern your use of Freedom Max ("the platform", "we", "us"), reachable at Freedommax.gamil.com and Gulberg III, Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. By registering an account, buying a membership plan, or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You must give accurate registration details and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. One person may hold one account. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and a suspended account cannot access the platform or request a withdrawal.

3. Membership plans

A membership plan is a purchase of services, not an investment, deposit, or security. Activating a plan grants you, for the plan's stated duration:

• access to the training library;
• a stated task allowance, being the total amount that plan will pay you for completing published tasks during the period; and
• a stated one-time referral bonus payable for each member you introduce.

A plan does not pay interest, does not accrue a return, and confers no ownership in us. Plans activate only after we verify your payment, and prices and amounts may change for future purchases.

4. Task rewards

Completing a published task credits the fixed amount stated on your plan, drawn from your task allowance. The allowance is a total for the membership period, not a recurring or daily payment. Once it is exhausted, further tasks record your progress and pay nothing until you renew.

Every plan's allowance is set below the price of that plan, so the total we can owe you for tasks is always less than the fee you paid. There is no daily, guaranteed or minimum income of any kind.

We may close your Task Room if, after a period published in the platform, you have not introduced any member. Allowance already granted is not forfeited and becomes available again when the room reopens.

5. Referral bonus

When a person who registered under your referral code purchases a plan and we verify that payment, you are credited the one-time referral bonus stated on your active plan. It is paid once per membership purchase, to the one member who directly introduced the buyer. No payment is made to anyone further up any chain, and nothing recurs.

To receive it you must hold an active plan, have an account in good standing, and not be the buyer. A bonus arising from a payment later found to be false or reversed will itself be reversed. We do not promise, project or guarantee any level of earnings, and earning more than you paid depends on introducing members, which many members never do.

6. Levels

Levels recognise referral activity. Unlocking a level pays no money and changes no amount you earn; it is a record of how many active members you have introduced. Level requirements are published in the platform and may be changed prospectively.

7. Orders

Orders are offers to buy, accepted when we confirm them. We may decline or cancel an order — including for stock, pricing errors, or suspected fraud — and will not charge you for a cancelled order. Title and risk pass on delivery. Shipping and returns are covered by our refunds and shipping policy.

8. Wallet and withdrawals

Your wallet records amounts we owe you. It is not a bank account, is not insured, and earns no interest. Withdrawals are subject to a published minimum and to verification. The amount is debited when you submit the request; if we reject it, we credit it back. You must supply accurate payout details — we are not liable for a transfer sent correctly to details you supplied incorrectly.

We may withhold or reverse an amount that arose from error, fraud, a chargeback, or a breach of these terms, and we may lock a wallet while investigating.

9. Prohibited conduct

• Misrepresenting the platform, the products, or potential earnings.
• Describing a membership as an investment, or promising income to anyone.
• Creating multiple or fake accounts, or self-referring.
• Registering accounts you control in order to claim referral bonuses.
• Spam, or promotion that breaches any applicable law or platform rule.
• Attempting to access another member's account, data, or the administration area.

Breach may result in reversal of amounts credited, suspension, or closure of your account.

10. Your content and conduct as a member

You are an independent participant, not our employee, agent or partner, and you may not present yourself as any of those. You are responsible for your own tax obligations and for the accuracy of anything you say when promoting the platform.

11. Liability

We provide the platform "as is" to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits or anticipated earnings. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death, personal injury, or fraud.

12. Changes and termination

We may change these terms and will publish the updated version with a new date. Material changes will be notified in the platform. You may close your account at any time; we may suspend or close it for breach. Amounts properly owed to you at closure remain payable, subject to verification.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction.
